1C connector for Creatio
1C connector for Creatio automates the process of interaction between the sales and accounting departments, helps managers not to do double work when maintaining the customer base and data on sales and payments. Using the connector, you can quickly enrich Creatio with data from 1C at the beginning of working with CRM.
The solution allows you to configure the integration of tabular parts and the following types of objects without code:
1C connector for Creatio version 2.X is compatible with 1C version 8.3.5 and higher. Previous versions of 1C connector (starting with 8.2) can be requested from the developer. This version of 1C connector for Creatio1.X product has limitations:
When integrating registers from Creatio into 1C, new data is overwritten over the old data in the object.
Integration of contact information registers in both directions according to client cases is possible only if there are design improvements.

In case of an on-site deployment, a vendor ensures free transition to a new version. The transition is performed independently by a client or with the assistance of the developer on a fee basis. In case of cloud deployment, a vendor upgrades the client’s system for free, without guaranteeing the retention of working capability of the project settings, if any are present.
