Ada chatbot connector for Creatio allows to integrate ADA AI powered bots with Creatio knowledge management application and user level chat processing.
Initial release has to include features:
- Knowledge management supervisor in Craetio can setup articles that have to be exported to the ADA bot and used to provide answers to the customers.
- Creatio supervisor can register ADA as a channel in Creatio chats.
- If chat control is passed from bot to Creatio, Creatio will start a new chat and sends it to the queue to the most preferable agent.
- Dialogs completed in ADA with no handover are saved to Creatio to the user history.

Pricing does not include taxes and fees (such as VAT) regulated by law.
The payment shall be made either (i) in USD or (ii) in EUR, (iii) in GBP, (iiii) in AUD at the company's then current commercial rate if it would be agreed with Creatio.
