    Communication channels of the chatbot include Viber, Telegram, Facebook Messenger, Twitter, Skype, site widget.
    The add-on is categorized as button-based (rule-based) bots.

    Use cases:

    Customers can communicate with chatbot in four languages: English, French, German and Spanish. The client can also contact the operator (in his absence, request a call back) and / or leave feedback.
