CallHelper connector for Creatio
CallHelper connector enables creating and editing sales scripts for call center agents in a user-friendly visual editor, managing sales scripts and customer data during calls, as well as call result analysis and insights for increasing agent efficiency. All these features are available directly in Creatio interface.

1. Create a CallHelper account. In the communication panel, qo to "CallHelper". Enter your Creatio login and password to create a new CallHelper account. The first user account who authenticates with CallHelper from Creatio becomes the CallHelper administrator account.
2. Select data. Go to the "CRM config" section in the right-hand menu of the "CallHelper" application, select the Creatio fields that must be integrated in the call script texts.
Open a Creatio section page (e.g., a contact page), then open the CallHelper application from the Creatio communication panel and select the top script example from the list.
