    1. Exit and login to Creatio again. To work with section you need have access to the workplace that contains this section.

    2. Setup intervals for activities. Go to the "Customer success" section, click on the "Add" button. Choose account in the "Customer" field and set up an interval in the "Customer success interval" field in which Activities will be created automatically to contact the Customer.
