    Support conditions

    Support is provided within the framework of the technical support packages of Samarasoft. In case of an on-site deployment, a vendor ensures free transition to a new version. The transition is performed independently by a client or with the assistance of the developer on a fee basis. In case of cloud deployment, a vendor upgrades the client’s system for free, without guaranteeing the retention of working capability of the project settings, if any are present.

    NOTE: The migration of project modifications within context of free transfer to a new version is not carried out.

    • In case Docs Creatio purchaising as an software solution, purchasing at least 1 Docs Creatio, full edition license (Cloud / On-site subscription) required.
    • In case Docs Creatio purchaising as an add-on, purchasing at least 1 Creatio license (Cloud / On-site subscription) required.
    • Also in the case Docs Creatio add-on you may have the same functionallity as Docs Creatio, full edition licenses have.
    • To purchase an add-on Docs Creatio Full requires the user to have a previously purchased Studio Creatio Enterprise, Sales Creatio or Service Creatio any edition license
    • To purchase an add-on Docs Creatio Standard requires the user to have a previously purchased Customer Portal Creatio license
    • Purchase of an add-on Docs Creatio Full add-on is not possible at the same time as the Studio Enterprise. In this case, you need to purchase Docs Creatio full edition, which already includes Studio Enterprise.
    • Purchase of an add-on Docs Creatio Standard add-on is not possible at the same time as the Customer Portal. In this case, you need to purchase Docs Creatio Standard edition, which already includes Customer Portal.

    Update library for Creatio versions 7.14.1 and below. Before installation Docs Creatio on your stand you should amend DocumentFormat.OpenXml.dll library version on your stand

    • cloud - via case to Creatio suport with request: "Please amend for stand (stand url) DocumentFormat.OpenXml.dll library version in Terrasoft.WebApp\bin. 
    • on-site amend DocumentFormat.OpenXml.dll library version in  Terrasoft.WebApp\bin by yourself.
