    Use cases:

    This connector allows you to pull email responses from Dotmailer back into the contacts section in Creatio.

      • Clicks
      • Hard Bounces
      • Soft Bounces
      • Unsubscribe
    • Automatically unsubscribe contacts in Creatio when a user unsubscribes from your campaign in DotMailer.

    1. Get ApiKey. Create API user in Dotmailer

    2. Set API settings. Go to "System designer" > "System settings", copy the Dotmailer API Username into the “Dotmailer Username” system setting, the Dotmailer API Password into the “Dotmailer Password” system setting and the Dotmailer API Endpoint into the “Dotmailer API Endpoint” system setting.

    3. Start synchronisation. The synchronisation starts at 11:30 PM every night.
