Price and support
Support is provided within the framework of the technical support packages of Creatio. In case of an on-site deployment, a vendor ensures free transition to a new version. The transition is performed independently by a client or with the assistance of the developer on a fee basis. In case of cloud deployment, a vendor upgrades the client’s system for free, without guaranteeing the retention of working capability of the project settings, if any are present.
NOTE: The migration of project modifications within the context of free transfer to a new version is not carried out.
To purchase the eDoc Creatio add-on, the user must have a previously purchased Studio Enterprise, Sales Creatio or Service Creatio license of any version.
It is not possible to purchase the eDoc Creatio add-on at the same time as Studio Enterprise. In this case, you need to purchase the eDoc Creatio software solution, which already includes Studio Enterprise.
Full-text search functionality is not available for Creatio on PostgreSQL.
For Sales Creatio and Marketing Creatio as basic products you can install eDoc Creatio automatically from Marketplace.
