    Keen inventory tracking powered by Creatio enables companies to track inventory or cargo as it moves across locations and routes, automatically sending notifications to shippers and recipients. The application is especially well suited to companies that move goods or cargo via their own vehicle fleets, whether bikes, boats, vans, trucks, and/or planes.

    Integration with barcode scanners is available from our friends at Be Tech. Integration with ERP and Finance systems is available via our friends at Starfish / Connect Creatio.

    Use cases:

    • Simple Tracking:  Keep track of items as your organization receives them, then moves them to one or more storage locations. Use reports to see on-hand quantities, which are maintained in real-time as items are added or removed from any given location. Automatically send alerts via email or text to those receiving a delivery. 
    • Shipment & Cargo Tracking:  For companies whose business is transportation and distribution, keep track of inventory and cargo across your range of warehouses and locations. Define your regular routes, then track the items loaded for any given delivery, run, or flight. Automatically send alerts to shippers and recipients of the items you are transporting.
    • Fleet Management:  Define your fleet of vehicles for transportation of goods and/or passengers. Define regular routes that your vehicles take. From the regular routes, create specific trips, tracking for example both the planned and actual times for initiation and conclusion.       

    Key features:

    • Sites & Locations:  Define and maintain your sites and warehouses, along with the storage locations therein.  For example, a given warehouse might have aisles, each of which has segments, each of which has racks, shelves, and bins.  
    • Items & Quantities:  Track the on-hand quantities for items in the various locations.  Optionally sent alerts for replenishment.
    • Vehicles & Fleets:  Add your transport vehicles to the system.
    • Standard Routes:  Define the standard routes that your vehicles take when transporting goods and/or people.  Generate actual itineraries and manifests from the standard ("templated") routes.  
    • Shipments & Deliveries:  Take receipt of incoming items.  Maintain balances for on-hand stock.  Send items for internal consumption or external delivery.
    • Automations:  Leverage the power of the no-code Creatio platform to send alerts via email and text to any interested parties, notably the shipper and recipient for any given shipment.
    • Reports:  Again leveraging the power of the Creatio platform, generate inventory reports, transport manifests, performance metrics, etc.


    • Leverage.  Keen Inventory Tracking is powered by the no-code Creatio  platform.  Specifically, it extends the Studio Creatio application. It integrates seamlessly with the Marketing Creatio, Sales Creatio, Service Creatio, and Creatio Portal products.   
    • Implementation.  As a pre-configured, narrowly-scoped application leveraging the Creatio platform, Keen Inventory Tracking can be implemented in as few as 3-4 weeks, with the duration being mainly a function of how much process-design work is desired, how much data is to be cleansed and imported, and how many non-CRM systems are to be integrated.  
    • Integration. Keen Inventory Tracking integrates via REST APIs with other systems (including feeds from data services) per modern industry methods.  We recommend the  Starfish / Connect Creatio platform for integrations of modest to high complexity.
    • Extension.  Due to the power of the no-code Creatio BPM engine, the platform can readily be extended to support business functions other than inventory tracking, if desired.
