    Organizational structure

    Organizational structure Section allows you to create and develop company’s corporate structure. Keep employee’s career movements up-to-date to get a complete picture of the vacant positions in the company.


    Following the dedicated process company's management approves recruitment requests. HR employees receive notifications about approved recruitment requests and assign them to the responsible recruiters. The employee who submitted the request can see current progress in personnel selection to fill in his job opening.


    Applicants section contains a benchmark recruitment process as a pre-set dynamic case. The add-on enables the recruiter to streamline and monitor all communications with each applicant, as well as to automate routine operations. Interviews feedback is automatically aggregated in the applicant's feed.

    This free add-on was developed on the Creatio platform by citizen developers, as part of the "Dev Labs" community project.     1. Set up a job list. Fill in your jobs list in the 'Employee jobs' lookup.
    2. Add company employees. Add your employees in the 'Employees' section.
    3. Set up the organizational structure. Add company departments in the 'Organizational structure' section (records with the 'Subdivision' type). Key mandatory fields are 'Parent department' and 'Head' for proper request approval.
    4. Set up company vacancies. Add employee vacancies in the 'Organizational structure' section (records with the 'Staff unit' type). Key mandatory fields are 'Parent department' and 'Job' for proper request processing.
    5. Match employees with company staff units. Go to the 'Employees' section and add/update employee careers on the 'Career in our company' detail. Key mandatory fields are 'Organization structure item', 'Staff unit', 'Current'.
    6. Set up email templates. Fill in system settings - 'Account for HR templates', 'Email of HR department'.
    7. Set default onboarding specialist. Fill in the 'HR Specialist responsible for employee onboarding' system setting.
    8. How to submit recruitment requests. Add new requests in the 'Requests' section. Send the requests for approval and manually assign responsible HR specialist (the 'Owner' field).
    9. Recruitment processing. Add all applicants in the 'Applications' section and link them to the respective requests.
