    TimeSlot for Creatio add-on makes it easy to plan and coordinate time for a meeting or a call in the most convenient and technological way, without multiple exchange of emails between the parties. The host can send an invitation for a meeting or a call in one email by offering different time slots to the invitee (client, partner or colleague). After the invitee chooses the preferable time slot, a meeting or a call time is automatically registered in the host’s calendar. The same set of time slots can be offered to several invitees; at the time of opening the email, the system automatically checks the availability of offered options and the ones that have already been taken become unavailable.

    Use cases:

    This add-on is a simple and convenient tool for arranging both internal and external meetings, calls or any other events in Creatio calendar. It can be used in daily work for quick coordination and planning of meetings of two busy persons, as well as for planning and organizing large sales sessions or presentations (clients or partners are filling in the host’s calendar choosing from the available slots without the host’s interference).

    Key features:

    • Creating an invitation
      Set a meeting or call duration and the system will offer the time slots available in your calendar. Choose some preferable options for one or several days and the system will mark these events in Creatio calendar as “Reserved” and will add the slots to the invitation letter. Indicate the addressee, write the message and send the invitation.
    • Sending out multiple invitations
      The system allows you to create multiple invitations to the same time slots. As the slot is chosen by one invitee, it becomes unavailable in the invitations sent to other addressees (update happens upon every opening of the invitation email).
    • Receiving and accepting invitations
      Invitee receives an invitation email with several time slots offered as clickable buttons. Having chosen one, the invitee receives a notification that this time is reserved for him. If the invitee opens the invitation later or opens it again after some time, then upon each opening the offered options will be updated and some slot options may become unavailable (reserved by other invitees or booked by the host). At any time given, the invitee can check the status of the reservation in the same email.
    • Changing offered slots
      If your plans have changed and you want to use a slot already included in some invitation email, you don’t need to contact the invitees to remove the offered slot from the options – if the slot is still in the status “Reserved” and none of the invitees has claimed this slot, just book this time for your needs and the time slot will become unavailable in the invitations sent to other invitees.
    • Control over calendar of invitations
      All the time slots chosen and sent in invitations as available options are displayed in Creatio calendar as “Reserved”. If the same slot is offered to several invitees, then in your calendar you will see several events in status “Reserved” in this slot. When any invitee confirms any time slot, this time slot becomes booked for this invitee (and unavailable for other invitees) and other events in status “Reserved” of that particular invitee are removed from your calendar. Therefore, you have complete control over your calendar, and at any moment you have a complete overview of available slots, reserved slots and slots already booked.
    • Individual design
      Set up preferable interface design in accordance with the visual identity of your company: add a logo, colors, fonts and other parameters that will make your brand instantly recognizable.
