Case for the Orders section

With this pre-configured case you can track and update order status by using the workflow bar set up at the right side of the Order page. The metrics and client information profiles have been added to the page to provide you with quick access to the most valuable data about the Order.

You can easily set up own steps and tasks within this template to make sure an order is processed in accordance to your internal regulations. As an example, see the ‘In progress’ stage in Case Designer where two activities on payment and delivery control were created.
