    The template allows for managing quotes in Creatio.

    Intended use of the template:

    • quickly adding new quote from opportunity;
    • keeping history of quotes submitted to the customer;
    • generating printable quote and automaticly saving it to the quote attachments;
    • emailing quote to the customer in the attachment .

    The template can be used as a frame to customize quotes functionality on Creatio.

    1. Add new section to your workplace. Go to "System designer" > "Workplace setup", add the Quotes section to your workplace.
    2. Exit and login to Creatio again.
    3. Register employee's mailboxes in Creatio.
    4. Update quote printable. Go to "System designer" > "Lookups" > open the "Printable" lookup and edit "Quote printable" > download template and update it with your company name, address, logo and other details > upload template to the printable.
    5. Use your printable. If you have already setup your printable for quotes, update the "PrintableId" parameter in the business processes "Save printable to quote" and "Save and email quote" and save changes as new versions of business processes.
