Customer mood emoticon in case

The template adds a customer mood "emote" on a case page and shows a customer mood based on a satisfaction level.

Intended use of the template:

• new emoticon container on a case page which shows emoticons after case satisfaction level captured;
• emoticon container is visible only when the satisfaction level is filled in.

The template can be used as a sample to add "emote" to another section.

Notes

A proper view and emoticon update are applied only for new cases.
