Description
Cusbo chat channels for Creatio allows you to add your Cusbo channels (Instagram (Direct messages, stories, comments), Facebook, Telegram, Viber, WhatsApp, and chat widget for the website) to Creatio, having all your messages in channels synced between Cusbo and Creatio. Thus, you can set up channels on the Cusbo side and communicate with your clients through Creatio.

Support
Support is provided by the developer within the "Basic" and "Business" packages. Detailed information about the support packages and the support terms can be found on the Creatio website.
Installation
By installing or downloading the App, you confirm that you agree with sharing your account data (name, email, phone, company and country) with the App Developer as their End User.
The App Developer will process your data under their privacy policy.
- Create new company employee user in System users on Creatio
- Login into app.cusbo.tech with your credentials
- Go to settings -> integrations -> Creatio - channels connector
- Fill in your domain and login credentials of created on the first step user
- Go back to Creatio and fill in CusboApiToken System setting value
- To add new Cusbo channels, choose appropriate Cusbo provider in Chat settings section
