    Keen Life Sciences for Creatio leverages the no-code Creatio platform to provide rich functionality for commercial operations within pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical-device companies. The application offers the range of functionality available from the CRM behemoths in life sciences... but without the complexity, brittleness, and expense for which the CRM giants are known. 

    Keen Life Sciences for Creatio (KLS) is ideal for companies launching their commercial teams, as it is a platform that will meet immediate needs while also supporting future growth. This, of course, is because KLS is powered by the no-code Creatio platform.
    KLS is also ideal for companies in life sciences looking for CRM platforms either to complement or to replace the CRM that they already have in place. For example, allowing a KAM team to have a CRM specific to their workflow and requirements instead of forcing them to make do with the CRM that was deployed for the med reps. For example, adopting a high-agility, high-adoption platform instead of continuing to plod forward with a low-agility, low-usage platform that imposes high recurring costs.

    • Planning & documenting calls. Enable reps to plan and execute campaigns using approved assets and messages from the Creatio knowledge base. Optionally integrate with best-in-class e-detailing platforms. Capture call notes, optionally including workflow in support of compliance policies.
    • Affiliations & relationships. Capture and maintain the complex web of organizational affiliations (GPOs, IDNs, etc) and individual relationships that prevail in this industry.  
    • Territories & alignment. Create and maintain multi-tier models for the sales organization, encompassing both geography-based and manually-based (i.e., ad hoc or override) assignments.  Change the territory model on an annual (or other) basis. Allow an "open window" period for feedback from the field prior to the official effective date for any given model or plan.     • Approvals & compliance.  Enable closed-loop approvals for any documents, assets, or policies requiring reviews and approvals from a distributed functional team (i.e., legal, marketing, medical, etc). Put effective dates on assets to control that which is/isn't available to the field organization at any given moment.  Share approved documents via an integrated knowledge base. Within the system, control who can see what (i.e., data) and who can do what (i.e., actions) on a role-by-role basis down to a field-by-field level of detail.
    • Mobility & portals.  Download the (free) Creatio app (Android and iOS) to support mobility for your users, enabling them to have access to information and assets (e.g., approved presentations) on their mobile devices.  Optionally provide a web-based portal page for HCOs / HCPs to provide data-sharing consents (e.g., GDPR), view progress of their requests (e.g., MIRs), and search your knowledge base for materials relevant to their specialties.

    Notes:

    • Leverage.  The Keen Life Sciences application is powered by the no-code Creatio BPM / CRM platform and the Creatio Productivity App (for calendars and tasks).  KLS can be supplemented or extended with other Creatio applications like Marketing Creatio, Sales Creatio (for Leads, Opportunities, Forecasts, etc), and Service Creatio. 
    • Implementation.  As a pre-configured application leveraging the Creatio BPM / CRM platform, Keen Life Sciences is typically implemented in 12 to 16 weeks, with the duration being mainly a function of how much process-design work is desired, how much data is to be cleansed and imported, and how many non-CRM systems (including data feeds) are to be integrated.  
    • Integration.  Keen Life Sciences integrates with other systems and services via Creatio no-code REST APIs / OAuth / webhooks and other methods.    
    • Extension.  Due to the power of the low-code Creatio BPM engine and the Creatio Studio set of tools, the platform can readily be extended to support business functions other than commercial operations, if and when desired.

    Depending on your needs, Keen Life Sciences for Creatio (KLS) can be installed either as a standalone app or as a complement app to Sales Creatio. The standalone mode is for organizations not tracking leads and managing a pipeline in the traditional commercial manner that prevails outside of life sciences. The complement mode is for organizations that do need to track leads and manage a pipeline in addition to managing HCOs / HCPs and tracking attainment in the manner that prevails within life sciences.

    In the standalone mode, KLS requires a few Creatio apps in order to function properly. These Creatio apps are Customer 360 (free), Knowledge Management (free), and Productivity (fees as indicated on the cited page). 

    These options give you the flexibility to purchase only the software that you need for your commercial operations. If it seems confusing, please contact Keen360 so that we can help you choose the option that is best for your organization.

    As with all Creatio apps, KLS users require a platform license (Growth, Enterprise, or Unlimited). The cost of the platform license is not reflected in the pricing above.

    Keen Life Sciences (KLS) requires a Creatio Platform license. Make sure you have preinstalled free Customer 360 and Knowledge Management apps.
    It also requires a Creatio Productivity App license in the event that a standard Creatio CRM app has not been licensed for the KLS user.

    By installing or downloading the App, you confirm that you agree with sharing your account data (name, email, phone, company and country) with the App Developer as their End User.

    Keen Life Sciences for Creatio (KLS) is a pre-configured enterprise-grade application that is powered by the no-code Creatio BPM / CRM platform.  While activation requires only the provisioning of a Creatio instance and the installation of the Keen Life Sciences configuration packages, impelmentation of this full-fledged application does require an implementation project.  Please do contact Keen360 or your preferred Creatio integrator for approaches and estimates for implementation that are specific to your own organization's circumstances.
