Use cases:
The add-on will be useful for companies that change access rights to various entries in the system quite often and need a good tool for quick and easy modification.
The add-on allows:

mass change of access rights to existing section records (if section is administered by records);

grant the user/role temporary rights for selected records;

temporary delegate access rights from one user to another.
