The template is used to notify all participants about activity including those who are not logged into Creatio.
The template is helpful as an example of setting up email notifications in the sections without actions dashboard.
How to start using the template:
- In Creatio configure synchronization with the mailbox for users who want to send notifications.
- Specify your site address in the 'Activity notification' Email template (the ‘Email templates’ lookup) in HTML edit mode to enable users to access the activity in Creatio following the link in the email.
Please, pay attention that activity notification is also sent to the contact mentioned in the activity.

Installation
Data sharing
- By installing or downloading the App, you confirm that you agree with sharing your account data (name, email, phone, company and country) with the App Developer as their End User.
- The App Developer will process your data under their privacy policy.
Versions
Manual app installation
- Open the needed app → the Packages tab - download the Markeplace app files.
- Click in the top right → Application Hub
- Click New application. This opens a window.
- Select Install from file and click Select in the window that opens.
- Click Select file on the page of the Marketplace App Installation Wizard and specify the app file path.
