Product description

Banza Change Log for Creatio tracks and records changes to data in Creatio, helping teams — such as compliance, audit, and data quality owners — maintain oversight of who changed what and when across sections. For a configured object, a Logging Rule can track Main Columns directly, Additional Columns tied to a related main field, and Object Details (including detail record deletions), with each column set to Counter, History, or both.

Results appear on a Change Log tab on the record: a Counter shows how many times each tracked column changed, and a Changes History logs Adding, Changing, and Deleting events with old and new values and the author of each change. This gives organizations a structured, low-effort way to support audits, investigate record-processing issues, and confirm data integrity without manual review.

Object Details Logging
