Banza Files Extended for Creatio extends the basic functionality of the [Attachments] detail, providing a full range of functions for managing their content.

• In-Record File Preview: View content directly within the section record page, eliminating the need to download files. Supports text (DOCX, TXT, LOG), images (JPG, PNG, GIF, BMP), videos (MP4, AVI, MOV), and audio files (MP3, WAV, FLAC).
• Flexible Preview Modes: Preview files in various modes, including:
  • Inline preview with editing capabilities.
  • Modal windows preview, allowing multiple modals to be opened simultaneously.
  • Separate tab preview for working with documents and Creatio simultaneously.
• Online Co-Editing: Collaborate on files in real-time using OneDrive cloud integration, supporting DOCX, DOC, PPTX and XLS formats.
• File Versioning: Maintain a history of all document versions, with the ability to restore or compare changes as needed.

Notes:

• The extension replaces the basic functionality of working with attachments. The document's preview and editing are available in the Freedom UI section view.
• The solution doesn't require any additional settings for the previewing functionality.
• The solution requires a mandatory subscription to Microsoft Azure for editing.
