Installation

Setup guide

  1. Create the notification rule — In the Notification Master section (access is restricted to the CanManageNotificationMaster role, System Administrators by default), click +New and fill in the General Information: name, the object/section it applies to, and mark it Active.
  2. Set conditions and timing — Define the record conditions that must be met, then choose Send Immediately (fires on record add/modify) or Send Later (exact date, a date field from the object, or a calculated date offset).
  3. Add recipients — On the Recipients tab, add contacts, contact folders, or roles; pull the recipient from an object field; or, for Email/Telegram, add specific email addresses or messenger channels.
  4. Configure the channel — On the Channel tab, pick Activity, Notification, Email, Messenger (Telegram), or SMS, and set the channel-specific template and connection details (email sender/mailbox, Telegram bot token, or SMS sender/SMPP parameters).
  5. Test and verify delivery — Use each channel's check tool (e.g., the SMS [Check] button) and review the Logs, Reminders, or Activities tabs on the record to confirm notifications actually reach recipients.
