Overview

Product overview

Product description

Bulk Fields Update for Creatio is a productivity-focused application that allows users to safely update one or more fields across multiple records in a single operation. It is designed to handle real-world bulk update scenarios with strong validation, flexible selection logic, and full auditability.
The application works seamlessly with both out-of-the-box (OOTB) Creatio sections and custom sections, making it suitable for standard as well as extended data models.

Audit Logging & Traceability

This application records all bulk updates for tracking purposes. When the FieldsChangeLog object is registered in lookup, each update captures the fields that were changed, their previous values, the new values, and the selection criteria used. This ensures transparency, traceability, and better control over bulk data operations.

Key Features

Flexible Record Selection Logic

Supports manual selection, select-all, folder-based selection, and partial exclusions to handle real-world data update scenarios.

Clear Field Value Option

Allows clearing existing field values (null, zero, or empty) with explicit confirmation, while preventing conflicting inputs.

Mandatory Field Validation

Prevents users from clearing mandatory fields during bulk updates

Success Notification

Displays a clear success notification after a bulk update is completed

Selected Records Count Confirmation

Displays the total number of selected records before executing the bulk field update operation. A confirmation dialog ensures users can review and validate the action before applying updates, helping prevent accidental bulk modifications.

Field Search and Selection Navigation

Provides a searchable field selection interface to quickly locate fields for bulk updates. Users can enter a keyword in the search box and click Search to filter fields. The Clear option resets the search and returns the full field list, allowing users to continue selecting additional fields before proceeding to the next step

Selected Fields Confirmation

Displays a confirmation dialog showing the total number of selected fields along with the selected field names before proceeding to the bulk update step. This helps users verify their field selection and avoid unintended updates before continuing the operation.
