The "Conference room booking for Creatio" add-on allows you to check availability of conference room and book it when planning a meeting with customer.
Effective joint use of company's meeting rooms. The add-on is helpful for company's internal purposes or for sales departments where customer meetings are arranged in conference rooms.
- ability to select available conference room when adding or updating the meeting;
- checking for conference room availability in case of the meeting date and time update;
- view of conference room bookings using 'Conference room' quick filter in Activities section.
This free add-on was developed on the Creatio platform by citizen developers, as part of the "Dev Labs" community project. - Add conference rooms. Go to "System designer" > "Lookups" > "Conference rooms" and add list of available conference rooms.
