Installation

Installation

Install the application from the Creatio Marketplace using the standard Install button. Select the target environment and confirm. Once installation is complete, an AI Settings section will appear in the chat channel settings.  

Start using the feature

  1. Go to Chat Settings and open the channel settings minipage.
  2. Enable AI Automation for the channel. The AI will respond to incoming messages using the Customer Support Agent, which draws answers from your Creatio Knowledge Base. You can create your own agents and knowledge sources.
  3. Select an AI assistant personality to match your brand voice.
  4. Optionally enable Handoff to allow the AI to transfer conversations to a human agent when user explicitly asks for it.
  5. Save the settings — the AI will begin handling all incoming messages in the channel automatically.

Manual app installation

  1. Open the needed app → the Packages tab - download the Markeplace app files.
  2. Click in the top right → Application Hub
  3. Click New application. This opens a window.
  4. Select Install from file and click Select in the window that opens.
  5. Click Select file on the page of the Marketplace App Installation Wizard and specify the app file path.
