    The Data views for Creatio product makes it possible to display records of any system objects in unusual formats. Displaying data in formats different from the register makes it possible to analyze them faster and more conveniently, the data becomes more coherent, without the need to study it in detail.

    Currently, there are 2 types of views available: Gantt Chart and Kanban Board.

    Use cases:

    The product can be used by companies of any industry or business area, since it offers universal functionality that does not depend on the business domain and the system objects used.

    There are two ways to install the application:

    1. Automatically - by specifying the site address and clicking the "Install" button
    2. Manually - by downloading the archive with packages and installing by the applications installation wizard.
    Note: it is needed to re-login after application installing

     
    To activate the trial period for 14 days, send the following information to care@salesup-it.com:

    • The name of the company
    • Customer ID
    • Website address

    Gantt chart is configurable for any system's object with "Start date" and "End date", such as "Cases", "Orders", "Activities", etc.

    To set up Gantt chart:

    1. Go to the system designer, in the "System Settings" block go to "Date view settings" and click "New".
    2. Specify the setting's name, the object, and select type = Gantt.
    3. Specify a column for the start date, end date, and a column for the title.
    4. Specify the levels for the structure.
    5. Specify a filter for the object's records if necessary.
    6. Click "Save" and clear the cash.

    Kanban board is configurable for any system's object with a status bar, e.g. "Cases", "Leads", "Orders" etc.

    To set up Kanban board:

    1. Go to the system designer, in the "System settings" block go to "Date view settings" and click "New".
    2. Specify the setting name, the object and choose type = Kanban.
    3. Specify the status column and the column for the title.
    4. Specify the level for the structure.
    5. Specify a filter for the object's records if necessary.
    6. Click "Save" and clear the cash.
