Digital Ads for Creatio helps marketers manage and analyze digital ad campaigns across supported platforms from one place.
The app connects Facebook and Google ad accounts with Creatio, allowing teams to monitor campaign performance, compare channels, and measure conversion impact in real time. Marketers can track key metrics such as submissions, contacts, cost per submission, and cost per contact, then segment contacts by the ad campaign they responded to.
Digital Ads also supports ad audience synchronization. Using the Ad audiences section, marketers can send selected Creatio contacts to Meta audiences and Google Ads segments manually or automatically.

- By installing or downloading the App, you confirm that you agree with sharing your account data (name, email, phone, company and country) with the App Developer as their End User.
- The App Developer will process your data under their privacy policy.

This version is fully compatible with release 8.3.1.
New campaign elements
- You can now push contacts directly to Google Ads and Meta Ads audiences at a specific step of the campaign journey using new dedicated campaign flow elements in Campaign Designer. Previously, sending contacts to these platforms was not available as a dedicated flow action. This enhancement improves activation speed for advertising scenarios and gives you greater control over when contact data is transferred to each ad platform.
- You can now monitor the effectiveness of audience synchronization with Google Ads and Meta directly from the Ad Audiences section in the Digital Ads app. After a successful synchronization, the match rate returned by the advertising platform is displayed as a percentage in the list, giving you immediate visibility into audience matching results without going to platform-specific details.
- It is now possible to connect your own Google Ads or Meta Ads account in the Digital Ads app independently, without affecting connections created by other users. Creatio supports multiple connections to the same ad account without conflicts or duplicate records, improving access control and ensuring correct data handling based on each user's individual connection.

You can now streamline digital advertising campaigns by sending contacts directly from Creatio to Meta and Google Ads audiences via a new Ad audiences section in the Digital Ads app. The integration enables synchronization with Meta audiences and Google Ads segments, allowing you to push selected contacts either manually on demand or automatically in recurring mode.

Manual app installation
- Open the needed app → the Packages tab - download the Markeplace app files.
- Click in the top right → Application Hub
- Click New application. This opens a window.
- Select Install from file and click Select in the window that opens.
- Click Select file on the page of the Marketplace App Installation Wizard and specify the app file path.
