The Event Management app helps marketers ensure proactive communication with potential and existing customers, plan the event budget, select the target audience, and analyze the efficiency of the conducted event. The key use cases include:
- monitoring the main event info, such as type, status, goal, budget, and responsible team
- adding the event audience and tracking the event participants' responses
- tracking the event-associated entities: activities, campaigns, etc.

Support
Support is provided by the developer within the “Basic”, “Business” and “Premium“ packages. Detailed information about the support packages and the support terms can be found on the Creatio website.
Installation

Starting from Creatio 8.1.2, the app is also available as part of the Marketing product for zero fee on top of the product license.
Data sharing
- By installing or downloading the App, you confirm that you agree with sharing your account data (name, email, phone, company and country) with the App Developer as their End User.
- The App Developer will process your data under their privacy policy.

Active Contacts Overlimit Warning for Campaigns
The warning is displayed if the number of potential campaign participants exceeds the available Active Contacts licenses

Manual app installation
- Open the needed app → the Packages tab - download the Markeplace app files.
- Click in the top right → Application Hub
- Click New application. This opens a window.
- Select Install from file and click Select in the window that opens.
- Click Select file on the page of the Marketplace App Installation Wizard and specify the app file path.
