    The Event Management app helps marketers ensure proactive communication with potential and existing customers, plan the event budget, select the target audience, and analyze the efficiency of the conducted event. The key use cases include:

    • monitoring the main event info, such as type, status, goal, budget, and responsible team

    • adding the event audience and tracking the event participants' responses

    • tracking the event-associated entities: activities, campaigns, etc.

    Key features:

    • add the event audience automatically from landing pages, specific filters, or folders by setting up Marketing Campaigns workflows

    • import the event participants list manually using specific filters or from a created folder

    • plan the event budget and compare it with the actual expenses for the event

    • track event participant’s responses, such as whether they planned to participate, participated, canceled their participation, or did not respond
