Call management
Add-on to Creatio with Cisco Finesse telephony will allow you to more easily communicate with clients and colleagues. You can easily find the necessary information about a contact, activities, orders, documents and comments. The add-on enables an agent to indicate a call status (‘ready’, ‘not available’ or ‘busy’), or to put a call on-hold, or to transfer a call to another professional.
Call analytics
The analytical tools of Creatio’s system can help you analyze staff productivity based on key indicators. You can compare a number of calls and call duration, frequency of communication with clients, or access information on important clients who have not been contacted for a long period of time.
Price and support
Support is provided by a developer within the “Basic”, “Business” and “Premium” packages. Detailed information about the support packages and the support terms can be found on the Creatio website.
Installation
Finesse call centre for Creatio is an add-on extension to Creatio that extends reach of the system.
Add-on is purchased separately. In order to install the add-ons, a minimum of one license is required.
