The add-on enables an agent to indicate a call status (‘ready’, ‘not available’ or ‘busy’), or to put a call on-hold, or to transfer a call to another professional.
The analytical tools of Creatio’s system can help you analyze staff productivity based on key indicators. You can compare a number of calls and call duration, frequency of communication with clients, or access information on important clients who have not been contacted for a long period of time.
