GDPR for Creatio

GDPR for Creatio allows you to manage personal data in compliance with European regulation GDPR. The add-on contains functions for registering permissions and denials to process personal data from data subjects, such as the customers, and build further interaction with the data subjects based on the existence of the corresponding permission.

Use cases:

Personal data processing of EU citizens in compliance with requirements of General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The add-on is helpful for all companies (both inside and outside the EU) to manage personal data of EU citizens in Creatio.

Key features:

• managing permissions from the data subjects for processing their personal data in the “GDPR” section;
• view of a current permission on personal data usage in the Contact, Employee or Lead pages;
• automatic maintenance of checkboxes ‘Do not use communications’ in the Contact page based on the permission granted;
• possibility to add a permission functionality to other sections where personal data stores.
