The Inbox Insight app for Creatio helps marketing teams proactively assess and optimize email deliverability by simulating real-world sending conditions. It allows users to run detailed tests that show where emails are likely to land (Inbox, Spam, etc.), analyze spam risks, and preview the rendering of emails across various email clients and devices.

Email placement insights

Gain proactive insights into email placement, predicting whether bulk emails will land in the Inbox, Spam, or Promotions folder. Visualize deliverability results across major providers like Gmail, Yahoo, and Outlook, with Gmail-specific insights on placement within Primary, Promotions, or Social tabs.

Spam check insights

Automatically evaluates your email using SpamAssassin rules to detect technical or content issues that may trigger spam filters. Highlights scoring details and gives suggestions to improve deliverability.

Email preview insights

Displays how your email looks in various clients like Gmail, Outlook, and Apple Mail. Helps spot layout issues and rendering problems across devices before sending to ensure a consistent user experience.

Spam resolution AI assistant

Use Creatio.AI-assisted summaries within the provider breakdown to explain why specific emails landed in Spam and get tailored suggestions to improve deliverability.

Installation

Setup guide

  • Install the application from the Marketplace.
  • Sign in or Log in Mailgun Optimize account.
  • Create API key and seed list on Mailgun side.
  • In Creatio go to Inbox insight section and configure Account and Seed list settings.
  • Go to Bulk email section.
  • Open the desired bulk email and start the email placement or email preview test from the Inbox insight toggle panel.

Manual app installation

  1. Open the needed app → the Packages tab - download the Markeplace app files.
  2. Click in the top right → Application Hub
  3. Click New application. This opens a window.
  4. Select Install from file and click Select in the window that opens.
  5. Click Select file on the page of the Marketplace App Installation Wizard and specify the app file path.
