It enables organizations to securely collect payments from consumer bank accounts and credit cards while seamlessly transferring transaction data between Creatio, customer-facing websites, and supported merchant service providers. The solution supports multiple billing models that can be used independently or in combination to meet diverse business needs. These include real-time authorization with accept or decline responses, scheduled payments that automatically process remaining balances, and recurring billing options for subscription or payment-plan scenarios. Automated Recurring Billing (ARB) supports standard subscription cycles, while Custom Recurring Billing (CRB) enables flexible schedules tailored to unique billing requirements. All payment activity is surfaced directly within Creatio, ensuring visibility and control across the full payment lifecycle.
InterWeave Payment Gateway integrates Creatio with a wide range of leading payment processors, including Run Payments, Fiserv (CardPointe), Authorize.Net, Chase Paymenttech, First Data, PayPal, Cybersource, Vanco, and many others. The platform manages secure transaction routing over the internet, similar to a traditional point-of-sale terminal, but optimized for card-not-present and online payment scenarios. InterWeave Payment Gateway connects payment processors with business systems to automate payment workflows, improve visibility, ensure accuracy, and support secure, scalable, and compliant payment operations across the organization.
  • The InterWeave Payment Gateway is offered as a subscription-based integration solution compatible with all editions of Creatio. Pricing covers access to the InterWeave SmartSolutions platform, the configurable payment gateway connector, and ongoing platform support and maintenance.
  • An active Creatio license and a supported Merchant Service Provider (MSP) account are required to use this solution. Implementation, configuration, and any custom workflow or payment logic services are not included in the subscription price and are scoped separately based on each organization’s requirements.
  • Creatio licensing fees are not included in the listed pricing. Merchant Service Provider fees, including transaction fees, gateway fees, and merchant account costs, are also not included and are billed directly by the selected payment processor.

Manual app installation

  1. Open the needed app → the Packages tab - download the Markeplace app files.
  2. Click in the top right → Application Hub
  3. Click New application. This opens a window.
  4. Select Install from file and click Select in the window that opens.
  5. Click Select file on the page of the Marketplace App Installation Wizard and specify the app file path.
