    NormaDocs for Creatio add-on enables to create structured libraries of internal and external normative documents, ensuring creation, coordination and publication of normative documents, as well as to create a library of company’s internal reports.

    Use cases:

    This add-on ensures efficient management of documents regulating the work and development of a company. Functionality and its close relation to other Creatio objects makes it a perfect addition to CRM and document management applications, including DocFlow Creatio.

    Key features:

    • Management of normative documents
      Use digital processes to create, coordinate and approve normative documents. Control the versions of the documents, set up notifications for all or specific employees about certain normative documents entering into effect if such apply to their job duties. Set up classification and hierarchy of documents, relations to processes, relations between documents, including relations to external regulatory documents. Manage confidentiality levels and access rights. Use metadata search for quickly finding a document you need.
    • Management of libraries
      Create libraries of normative documents. Let users within the scope of their access rights create their own virtual libraries of selected documents without duplicating the very documents.
    • Register of external normative regulations
      Keep a register of external documents regulating the operation of your company, ensure quick and easy access to these documents in your system. Set up relations to your internal normative documents. Set up notifications to employees in charge about amendments introduced in external regulations.
    • Report library
      Create a library of internal and external reports . Store prepared reports as files or links to them and group them by time periods. Set up report storage procedures. Set up automated notifications to employees in charge of publishing a new report.

    Notes:

    In order to ensure a working URL (by the number of the document) that would open the latest version of the document, there is an additional setup of client’s infrastructure (DNS) required.
