This app provides an extraordinary simple and useful feature - help users to search for known customers and prospects in their customer base (contacts, accounts and leads) by phone number after an inbound call.
Add-on works the best once connected with an external web-based telephony system: you can simply redirect user to a single Creatio URL at the call postprocessing stage. It will show the search results - the list of contacts, accounts and leads that match the phone number.

Data sharing
- By installing or downloading the App, you confirm that you agree with sharing your account data (name, email, phone, company and country) with the App Developer as their End User.
- The App Developer will process your data under their privacy policy.

Manual app installation
- Open the needed app → the Packages tab - download the Markeplace app files.
- Click in the top right → Application Hub
- Click New application. This opens a window.
- Select Install from file and click Select in the window that opens.
- Click Select file on the page of the Marketplace App Installation Wizard and specify the app file path.
Compatibility notes
This application can NOT be used in environments without the Leads functionality. The packages without Leads functionality are provided by request.
