Overview

Product overview

Product description

SalesUp Enhanced Template Macros for Creatio is a solution that allows you to set up complex macros for use in message templates dynamically. The module allows, in addition to standard macros and object columns, inserting sample values, lists, tables, priorities and other types of macros. Configuration is performed in a separate convenient setup wizard.

The product can be used by companies of any industry or business domain because it offers universal functionality that does not depend on the business area and the system objects used.

Use cases:

  • Sending information on the order to the client after confirmation and execution;
  • Displaying the amount or number of entries per detail (for example, products in order);
  • Displaying the list of order/invoice products as a bulleted list;
  • Displaying order products in the form of a table with additional object columns;
  • Sending a report on the status of open Cases;
  • Informing managers about their accounts with receivables;
  • Sending reporting summary notifications for the period.

Key Features

Unlimited number of macros

Setup any number of macros in message templates. Display aggregated data from the record detail in the form of a list (bulleted or numbered) and table. Use other macros in a macro template (recursion)

C# classes for macros setup

Allows the use of C# classes for date/time, numbers (number of characters after the decimal point, absence of fractional parts, spaces between a certain number of digits, etc.), booleans with TRUE/FALSE or Yes/No values and more

Dynamic template macros

Create complex macros for Creatio message templates that function dynamically, extending beyond standard macros and object columns to support versatile placeholders aligned with specific communication and notification scenarios.

List and table macros

Insert bulleted lists or structured tables into messages using macros, enabling clear presentation of items such as order or invoice products, including tables with additional object columns for richer, well formatted content.
