Overview
Product overview
Sirma InSuite for Creatio is an insurance-domain data foundation and configuration layer built on the Creatio platform. The package provides structured data storage and management for policy, claim, intermediary, insurance entities (persons and organizations) information, and product configuration — giving insurance companies, brokers, and banks a solid foundation for their insurance-related CRM processes.
The application can be extended through customer-specific configuration and integration with external core insurance, accounting, portal, or other systems, serving as a flexible basis tailored to each organisation's existing technology landscape.

Integration with external core insurance, accounting, portal, or other systems requires additional configuration and mapping based on the customer's existing systems and business processes.
Due to the modular nature of Creatio, the solution can function as a standalone insurance data layer or be combined with Creatio's native workflow, reporting, and service tools to build end-to-end insurance processes tailored to each organisation's needs.
