Sirma InSuite for Creatio

Sirma InSuite for Creatio is an insurance-domain data foundation and configuration layer built on the Creatio platform. The package provides structured data storage and management for policy, claim, intermediary, insurance entities (persons and organizations) information, and product configuration — giving insurance companies, brokers, and banks a solid foundation for their insurance-related CRM processes.

The application can be extended through customer-specific configuration and integration with external core insurance, accounting, portal, or other systems, serving as a flexible basis tailored to each organisation's existing technology landscape.

Key features:

Policy management module

Provides insurance-specific data structures for storing and tracking policy information throughout the policy lifecycle. The module supports manual management of policy records and related data, and can be extended with customer-specific workflows and automations.

• Insured object records with object-specific attributes (e.g. motor vehicle, property details)
