Product description

Stream Telecom connector for Creatio allows fully using the IP telephony of the national telecom operator - Stream Telecom. Receive and make outgoing calls, perform telephony analytics, create a Call, Lead or Order in Creatio based on the results of a call.

Use cases:

The connector will be useful for companies that plan to use IP telephony in the sales and service departments.
The connector will allow you to make calls directly from Creatio, as well as centrally store information related to the call in it, set up analytics and lead generation.

Incoming calls

With an incoming call, a call page opens, while the system identifies the caller's number from the customer base and the operator can greet the customer by name.

During a call, you can create a New Contact or Account. The caller's number is automatically recorded in the client's page, the manager fills in the rest of the fields manually.

The call history is available in the client page.
If necessary, you can link the call to an already existing client in the database, while a new phone number is automatically added to the page.

You can also create a Lead, an Order or a Case from the call page.

Outgoing calls

When you click on the phone number in the client page, an outgoing call starts. First, a call comes to the manager's IP phone or softphone, and after the answer, dialing to the client's number begins.

Call Analytics

Based on the call data, you can set up various reports and analyze the performance of managers and operators, see gaps in processes and note whose work is most effective in order to apply methodologies to other operators.

Notes:

To use the connector, you need to connect to the Ukrainian national telecom operator Stream Telecom.

If necessary, you can expand the functionality of the connector to meet your requirements by involving Be Tech development team.

Manual app installation

  1. Open the needed app → the Packages tab - download the Markeplace app files.
  2. Click in the top right → Application Hub
  3. Click New application. This opens a window.
  4. Select Install from file and click Select in the window that opens.
  5. Click Select file on the page of the Marketplace App Installation Wizard and specify the app file path.
