    Viber and SMS notifications for Creatio is designed to send Viber and SMS notifications from the Creatio system to your contacts. Dynamic sending of mailing lists is possible. And received replies to Viber messages

    Use cases:

    The module is suitable for all companies that send mailings to customers, both in Viber and in SMS messages. The system provides for dynamic sending of letters to each contact - if the message is not received in SMS, the system will deliver it to Viber. The client has the opportunity to respond to your Viber message. You will be able to manage the statuses of messages.

    Key Features:

    • You will be able to create and store the message templates you need to start a new mailing list quickly, just by selecting the participants and the required message template created earlier. The template can be edited directly in the message field before sending.
    • Choose the channel you need to send messages - SMS, Viber or hybrid with the ability to automatically send a message to Viber, and if it was not delivered then SMS.
    • In the Messages section, create a new mailing list for messages by selecting participants, a mailing template, and a channel to send.
    • You can select mailing list recipients both from CRM and by importing a list of participants from Excel.
    • Select the participants you need for the mailing, using filtering by the necessary parameters.
    • Manage the status of sent messages - sent, delivered, failed, or redirected to Viber.
    • Statuses are automatically updated every 20 minutes, but so that you always have up-to-date data, you can start the status update process by clicking on the “Start Process” button and the data will be updated in the same minute.
    • The ability to send a message to selected contacts from the Contacts section has been implemented. Also in the contact card there is a button “Send message” and the message will be sent to the personally selected contact.
    • In the Contacts section of the contact card there is a “Sent messages” field, where you can see all sent messages to this contact, their status, text and date of sending.

    Notes:

    To use the add-on, you need to register on TurboSMS, an SMS messaging service, an official partner of Viber and mobile operators in Ukraine.
