    Notes and limitations:

    The product does not require additional subscriptions to external chat services. However, deployment of an intermediary application in a Docker container, accessible from the internet and Creatio, is required to enable the integration.

    1. Text-Only Messaging:
      The initial version supports only text message exchange, with additional media support planned for future updates.
    2. Connector Compatibility:
      Due to the architecture of Creatio, only one third-party chat connector can be installed at a time. This means that concurrent use with the Twilio connector for Creatio, for example, is not supported.
