WhatsApp chat integration for Creatio provides a possibility to process messages from WhatsApp in Creatio.
The connector helps Contact center agents to work with messages from different channels in one place, in Creatio.
- processing messages received via WhatsApp channel in the communication panel;
- viewing the chat history in the Chats section.
To integrate this messenger:
- a Facebook Business Manager account is required and
- a Twilio business account is required (you can use a Twilio free trial account to get acquainted with the integration).
