City and zip fields in addresses are read-only, and modified by selection of a lookup value from a new ZipCity table.
ZipCity records available are filtered according to the country of the address.
If an address must be created ignoring the control of ZipCity coherence, a checkbox allows the user to bypass control and enter city and zip freely.
