Marketplace updates: AI-Generated Key Features to Improve Marketplace Search

Creatio Marketplace listings work best when they’re easy to understand at a glance. When a listing clearly communicates what the solution does, customers can quickly evaluate fit, and Marketplace search can surface the right apps for the right needs.

Today, many listings are missing key features, which can limit both visibility and the overall user experience. To help close that gap, we’re rolling out an enhancement that makes it easier to complete and publish key features—starting with AI-generated key features for listings that currently don’t have them.

AI-generated key features for listings missing them

If your listing doesn’t include key features yet, you’ll now see AI-generated key features created based on your listing data. These are designed to:

• make your listing more complete and easier to scan
• help Marketplace search better understand and match your solution to relevant queries
• give customers clearer context on what your app delivers

Importantly, these are meant to be a starting point—not a final version. You can review and refine them before publishing.

What to do next

To take advantage of the update, head to your Marketplace Console and:

1. Review the AI-generated key features
2. Refine the text so the descriptions accurately reflect your solution
3. Add a screenshot to complete each key feature
4. Publish to make the key features visible to customers and strengthen your listing’s presentation

Manual key feature generation is coming soon

In addition to the AI-generated rollout for incomplete listings, we’re also introducing a manual key feature generation tool in the Marketplace Console. This capability will be available soon for all partners, giving you more control to:

• craft key features yourself, or
• regenerate key features based on your listing data

This is designed to make key feature management more flexible — especially when your listing evolves and you want the feature set to reflect your latest positioning.
