The ‘Automatic creation of tasks on dormant customers’ business process starts every working day at 12.15 AM.
System processes only a part of accounts database on a daily basis, so each manager receives up to four activities per day. A few activities per day allows the manager to plan his schedule efficiently, taking into account current commitments.
The following tags have been added in the Accounts section:
- ‘Update owner’ - an account is automatically tagged with 'Update owner' if the Owner field is not filled in or user of 'Owner' contact has been deactivated.
- ‘Do not connect’ - if no further cooperation with the customer is intended, tag such account with 'Do not connect' manually and it will not be processed by the business process.
- ‘NextDayUpdate’ - the business process uses this tag to distribute activities between managers evenly.
