Rapid notification of the manager about the new appointed lead when manager is not logged into Creatio.
The template can be used as a sample for setting up assignment notifications about any object (for example, Account or Opportunity).
How to start using the template:
- Configure synchronization with the mailbox in Creatio.
- Specify the mailbox to send the messages in the 'Sender email of lead notifications' system setting.
- Verify that the managers in Creatio have at least one email in the contact page.
Manager will automatically receive email notification when he has been assigned as Owner of the lead.
