Key features:

A Creatio knowledge base supervisor can export knowledge base articles to the bot, which will then use those articles as a knowledge source to generate answers for the customers.

A Creatio administrator can register Ada as a chat channel to allow bots to hand over unresolved conversations to a human agent.

After an active conversation is handed over from the Ada bot to Creatio, Creatio will start a new chat and send it to the agent queue.

The Creatio Chats section logs and links all conversations, resolved by a bot or handed over to a human agent to the corresponding contacts.
