    The Ada AI Chatbot app integrates Ada AI-powered bots with the Creatio Knowledge Management app and user-level chat processing.  

    Use cases:

    • Connect your knowledge base with Ada AI Agent, and fine-tune its behavior to ensure the highest quality responses to your customers.  
    • Set up the Ada chat channel to let human agents process messages sent from the web and various social channels in Creatio. 

    Key features:

    • A Creatio knowledge base supervisor can export knowledge base articles to the bot, which will then use those articles as a knowledge source to generate answers for the customers. 

    • A Creatio administrator can register Ada as a chat channel to allow bots to hand over unresolved conversations to a human agent. 

    • After an active conversation is handed over from the Ada bot to Creatio, Creatio will start a new chat and send it to the agent queue. 

    • The Creatio Chats section logs and links all conversations, resolved by a bot or handed over to a human agent to the corresponding contacts.

    To export knowledge base articles to Ada Knowledge Management app is required.
