Banza Approval Mechanism for Creatio configures multi-stage approval workflows for any section in Creatio, helping teams — finance, HR, legal, procurement — replace ad hoc approvals with a controlled, auditable process. Each route defines its section, start conditions, and one or more stages, each with an all-or-any approval method, a time limit, and approvers assigned as a manager, a specific user or role, a record contact, or a combined list, with optional delegation.
Overdue stages trigger escalation notifications, and rejections can go to a rejection handler for review instead of failing the route outright. Post-route tasks update a column or run a process on final status, and users approve, reject, delegate, or comment directly from the record — keeping approvals moving and auditable without manual chasing.

Support is provided by the developer within the “Basic” and “Business” packages. Detailed information about the support packages and the support terms can be found on the Creatio website.
Installation
Setup guide
- Create an approval route. Open the [Approval route setup] section > Click [New] > Enter a name, select the section the route applies to, and mark it as Active.
- Configure conditions and available actions. Go to the [Settings] tab > Set filtration conditions for when the [Approvals] button is displayed > Add available actions (use "Positive" for Approve, "Negative" for Reject).
- Add approval stages. Go to the [Stages] tab > Click [+] > Set the stage name, approval method (Any of / All), duration, and assign approvers (by manager, user/role, contact from record column, or a combined list of contacts and roles). Repeat for each stage.
- (Optional) Set up post-route tasks. Go to the [POST TASKS] tab > Click [+] > Choose the final route status that triggers the task (Positive / Negative / Cancelled) > Select the action type: set a field value or run a process.
- Start the approval route. Open any record in the configured section > click the [Approvals] button > click [Start Approval] > choose the route to start.
- Process approvals. In the Approvals modal > go to the Approvals tab > click the three dots on an approval record > choose Take to Work, then Approve, Reject, or Delegate.
- (Optional) Add a stage to a running route. Click [Approval in progress] on the record > go to the [Stages] tab > click [+] > fill in stage details and assign approvers > save.

Data sharing
- By installing or downloading the App, you confirm that you agree with sharing your account data (name, email, phone, company and country) with the App Developer as their End User.

Manual app installation
- Open the needed app → the Packages tab - download the Markeplace app files.
- Click in the top right → Application Hub
- Click New application. This opens a window.
- Select Install from file and click Select in the window that opens.
- Click Select file on the page of the Marketplace App Installation Wizard and specify the app file path.
