Browser File Viewer for Creatio is an add-on to preview attachments like .pdf, .png, .mp4, and more browser-supportable files in the browser. Also it will supports preview of .docx files using the word to PDF convertion.
Use cases:
- This add-on allows viewing files inside the web browser that you normally wouldn't be able to view from Creatio.
Notes:
- The file viewer add-on supports the preview of .docx files with Word to PDF conversion using the Aspose PDF service.
- Additionally, the file preview supports .eml and .msg files using the Aspose Email service.
- Important Requirement: In order to preview formats that utilize Aspose APIs (.docx, .eml, and .msg), you must first mark the Aspose-related system setting value to true, as mentioned in the guide document.
- In case the format of the attached file is not supported, such as with .zip files, clicking on "Preview" will trigger a toast notification indicating "Unsupported file format."

Browser file viewer for Creatio is an add-on to preview attachments like .pdf, .png, .mp4, and more browser-supportable files in the browser that you normally wouldn't be able to view from Creatio.
Note: The File Viewer add-on also supports .docx files preview with Word to PDF conversion using the Aspose PDF service.
Manual app installation
- Open the needed app → the Packages tab - download the Markeplace app files.
- Click in the top right → Application Hub
- Click New application. This opens a window.
- Select Install from file and click Select in the window that opens.
- Click Select file on the page of the Marketplace App Installation Wizard and specify the app file path.
