Product description

Field Management for Creatio allows automating sales rep tasks. Sales reps use Creatio mobile app in the field to check visit “to-do” list, record the meeting time frame, conduct presentations, monitor SKUs, and place orders.

Use cases:

  • Manage your field force using a single-window in 'Field management for Creatio' add-on. You can create a schedule of visits for each employee and view locations on the map, monitor the actual visits by geo-tags, and analyze the efficiency of the department. Every employee can plan own visits using a mobile device.

  • Set the rules for working "in the fields" with different categories of customers. The system can promptly hint on the appropriate actions at each step of your visit with the customer: check-in, presentation, check-out. Each field employee can place the results on record in the system immediately after the meeting.
  • Perform effective presentations using a mobile device during the meeting. Moreover, the system allows you to work at your convenience; whether it is online or offline, depending on the availability of an Internet connection.

Manual app installation

  1. Open the needed app → the Packages tab - download the Markeplace app files.
  2. Click in the top right → Application Hub
  3. Click New application. This opens a window.
  4. Select Install from file and click Select in the window that opens.
  5. Click Select file on the page of the Marketplace App Installation Wizard and specify the app file path.
