Unified Lead and Referral Lifecycle Management
You can now manage leads and referrals within a unified lifecycle workspace. Creatio automatically detects potential duplicate leads and referrals based on key attributes to improve data quality and compliance. Optimized lifecycle stages support both B2C (retail) and B2B (commercial) processes, while leads can seamlessly transition into applications or opportunities to improve conversion efficiency and provide full-funnel visibility.
Centralized Reward Program Management
You can now manage customer and partner incentive programs from a single Reward Programs workspace. The section enables configuration of program rules, eligibility criteria, reward structures, and eligible products using no-code tools. Referrers are automatically enrolled in a reward program when a referral lead is created, while lifecycle tracking, performance monitoring, and analytics ensure operational transparency, compliance readiness, and data-driven optimization. An out-of-the-box referral program allows you to launch referral acquisition strategies immediately.
Referral Performance Visibility
You can now view referral activity and incentive outcomes directly on the contact page using the Programs & rewards tab. The tab consolidates reward program participation, referral activity, earned incentives, referred leads, and aggregated metrics such as total referrals and referral results into a single structured view, enabling faster analysis and more effective engagement with high-value referrers.
Automated Incentive Payments
You can now automate rule-based incentive calculation and payment generation for referral-driven programs using the Generate incentive payment for referral lead business process. The process applies configurable remuneration rules, generates incentive payment records only when predefined success criteria are met, prevents duplicate payments, and provides predefined payment statuses, ensuring accurate payouts, traceability, and integration with external financial systems.

Compliant Consultation FlowYou can now control access to contact data by restricting navigation to contact pages until identification is completed, preventing unintended exposure of sensitive information. Enhanced Document Management
You can now upload required documents directly on the application full page using a consistent UI, improving visibility and streamlining underwriting and compliance workflows. Streamlined Underwriting
Applications with manual checks generate approval requests automatically, while applications without manual checks are auto-approved by the Creatio System Underwriter. New evaluation statuses and logs provide clear visibility, and document management is available only during underwriting to keep the workspace focused. You can now add contacts to households directly from the contact page using enhanced navigation. Duplicate household membership is prevented, and the Household field is read-only to ensure data consistency.
Primary Contact Synchronization for Households
You can now automatically synchronize household records when primary contacts change. Primary contacts can be assigned during creation, with confirmation prompts to prevent unintended migrations.
Automated Household Address Management
You can now ensure accurate household addresses as they are automatically inherited from the primary contact and updated instantly when changes occur, with read-only fields preventing inconsistencies.
Household History and Auditability
You can now track key household changes with a dedicated History tab that records critical updates, including who made the change and when, supporting compliance and transparency.

Manual app installation
- Open the needed app → the Packages tab - download the Markeplace app files.
- Click in the top right → Application Hub
- Click New application. This opens a window.
- Select Install from file and click Select in the window that opens.
- Click Select file on the page of the Marketplace App Installation Wizard and specify the app file path.
