Mitra DocuSign Connector for Creatio is a one-stop solution to harness the synergy of Creatio workflows and DocuSign in order to digitally sign e-documents via a seamlessly integrated and automated flow.
Use cases:
Integrating Creatio instance with DocuSign in order to facilitate digitally signing documents from Creatio.
Notes:
Customer has to have a DocuSign API Developer license.
All the users of the connector should be added to List of users in the DocuSign Developer Account.

Create Docusign Request from Opportunity Section
Users are able to directly initiate a Docusign Requesr from the Opportunity Page
Apply Template to a Docusign Request (Envelope)
Apply Template to a Docusign Request (Envelope) , which can be used to attach predefined documents and signature locations
Signature Certificate and Signed Document
Retrieve signed document and Signing Certificate back to Creatio

Manual app installation
- Open the needed app → the Packages tab - download the Markeplace app files.
- Click in the top right → Application Hub
- Click New application. This opens a window.
- Select Install from file and click Select in the window that opens.
- Click Select file on the page of the Marketplace App Installation Wizard and specify the app file path.
Minimum purchase quantity is 30 users. Minimum contract term is 3 years.
