    The product is a convenient tool for managing and overseeing company expanses. With its help, you can monitor the current state of your budget, as well as flexibly manage the use of company funds.

    • Manage the company’s budget (articles, sub-articles);
    • Choose from three budget types: manual, automatic (based on the contract), or discount budget (based on cost objects); 
    • Create and maintain a plan/spreadsheet of costs for any objects in the the system (for example, for sales, marketing campaigns, projects or for other objects of the system);
    • Automatic monthly calculation of costs by item;
    • Automatic budget calculation according to commercial conditions (assortment selection, sales plan);

    • Automatic comparison of planned vs actual costs of budgeting objects;
    • Automatic currency conversions.

    1. The Data Management functionality will be installed within this application. The SalesUp Budget management for Creatio license provides access only to manual budget calculations. For automatic calculations, it is necessary to buy a license for Data Management for Creatio.

    3. As you make the first purchase or extend the product license, our experts will lend you 4 hours of consultation and help with setting up the product.

    Pricing does not include taxes and fees (such as VAT) regulated by law.
    The payment shall be made either (i) in USD or (ii) in EUR, (iii) in GBP, (iiii) in AUD at the company's then current commercial rate if it would be agreed with Creatio.

    Support conditions

    Support is provided by a developer within the “Basic” and “Business” packages. Detailed information about the support packages and the support terms can be found on the Creatio website.

    The company-developer provides migration packages for new versions for free for On-Site solutions. The migration is performed by the customer independently or with the involvement of the developer on a paid basis.

    By installing or downloading the App, you confirm that you agree with sharing your account data (name, email, phone, company and country) with the App Developer as their End User.

    Guides and manuals

    There are two ways to install the application:

    1. Automatically - by specifying the site address and clicking the "Install" button
    2. Manually - by downloading the archive with packages and installing by the applications installation wizard.

    To request SalesUp demo licenses for 14 days:

    1. Go to the "SalesUp License Manager" in the system designer.
    2. Click the "Request licenses" button.
    3. In the modal window that appears, select the product, fill in the company name, email for communication and click the "submit" button.

    A temporary license of Sales'Up for 14 days will be installed independently.
