The product is a convenient tool for managing and overseeing company expanses. With its help, you can monitor the current state of your budget, as well as flexibly manage the use of company funds.

  • Manage the company’s budget (articles, sub-articles);
  • Choose from three budget types: manual, automatic (based on the contract), or discount budget (based on cost objects); 
  • Create and maintain a plan/spreadsheet of costs for any objects in the system (for example, for sales, marketing campaigns, projects or for other objects of the system);
  • Automatic monthly calculation of costs by item;
  • Automatic budget calculation according to commercial conditions (assortment selection, sales plan);
  • Automatic comparison of planned vs actual costs of budgeting objects;
  • Automatic currency conversions.

The Data Management functionality will be installed within this application. The SalesUp Budget management for Creatio license provides access only to manual budget calculations. For automatic calculations, it is necessary to buy a license for Data Management for Creatio.

Installation

Setup guide

There are two ways to install the application:

  1. Automatically - by specifying the site address and clicking the "Install" button
  2. Manually - by downloading the archive with packages and installing by the applications installation wizard.

To request SalesUp demo licenses for 14 days:

  1. Go to the "SalesUp License Manager" in the system designer.
  2. Click the "Request licenses" button.
  3. In the modal window that appears, select the product, fill in the company name, email for communication and click the "submit" button.

A temporary license of Sales'Up for 14 days will be installed independently.

Compatibility notes
The Data Management functionality will be installed within this application. The solution is compatible only with sections in the Creatio Classic interface.

Manual app installation

  1. Open the needed app → the Packages tab - download the Markeplace app files.
  2. Click in the top right → Application Hub
  3. Click New application. This opens a window.
  4. Select Install from file and click Select in the window that opens.
  5. Click Select file on the page of the Marketplace App Installation Wizard and specify the app file path.
